If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms you should not access or use the Website. If you have difficulty in understanding these Terms or have any queries regarding these Terms, please contact . We may modify the Terms in our absolute discretion from time to time. If we intend to make any significant changes to the Products or these Terms we will notify you and you may then contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund before the changes take effect. You will be deemed to have accepted any modifications if you continue to use the Website after the changes have taken effect.
We are not responsible for any incomplete and wrong addresses. If the package failed to be delivered and is returned to us due to incomplete or faulty addresses, customers have to take responsibility for any extra shipping costs.
COLOUR VARIATION FROM SCREEN TO SCREEN
Product images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
OUR RESCUED MATERIAL
The degree of pattern and intensity varies depending on each piece of leather hide used in production. The leather we use is a natural material, each piece may show slight colour and grain variations which is resulted from the process of leather production.
As our product is genuine leather that is not flawless like synthetic leather. Marks, scars or natural stains can be found on the natural leather surface.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns in any case. However, if you find your purchase is faulty, we offer an exchange within 7 Days of the delivery date.

2. Damage caused by incorrect usage
3. Mark or scratch or scar on rescued calf leather
4. Damage caused by delivery
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only Faulty* items are eligible for a return and exchange.
- To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns in any case. However, we do offer an exchange if you find your purchase is faulty*.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
